Social Society Party Rental

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all rentals provided by Social Society Party Rental (“Lessor”) to the renting customer (“Lessee”). By booking or accepting delivery of rental equipment, the Lessee agrees to all terms stated below.

1. Rental of Equipment

Social Society Party Rental rents frozen drink machines and related accessories (“Equipment”) to the Lessee. The specific Equipment included in each rental is detailed on the invoice or order confirmation.

2. Rental Period

  • Start: As stated on the order confirmation or invoice
  • End: As stated on the order confirmation or invoice
  • Extensions: Any extension of the rental period must be approved in writing. Additional fees may apply.

3. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery

  • Delivery date, time, and address will be confirmed prior to the event.
  • The delivery location must be accessible, safe, and have proper electrical outlets and adequate space.
  • Lessor will set up and assemble the machine(s), test functionality, and verify the Equipment is in good working order.
  • Free Delivery within 15 miles of home location. A delivery charge will apply outside the 15 mile radius.
    • (0.0 – 15.0) miles from our location – $0
    • (15.1 – 25.0) miles from our location – $35.00
    • (25.1+ miles) miles from our location – Inquire
  • Use the DISTANCE CALCULATOR to determine if a delivery charge will apply

Pickup

  • Pickup time will be confirmed at delivery.
  • Equipment must be accessible and ready for pickup.
  • Lessee must complete required cleaning as outlined in Section 6 unless otherwise stated in the rental package.

4. Rental Fees & Payment

  • Rental Fee: As listed on the website, invoice, or order confirmation.
  • Payment: Full payment is required by the delivery date on the invoice.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required. Deposits are returned after inspection, provided the Equipment is clean and free of damage beyond normal wear.
  • Late Returns: Late fees apply if Equipment is not available for pickup at the agreed time.
  • Accepted Payments: Credit/debit card
  • Cancellations: 15% cancellation fee, 25% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24-48 hours of delivery date

5. Equipment Use & Operation

  • Lessee will receive operating instructions at delivery and agrees to follow all guidelines.
  • Only responsible individuals should operate the Equipment.
  • Approved mixes only: Lessee must use only mixes supplied or approved by Social Society Party Rental. Unapproved mixes—including pulp, fruit, or juice—may damage the machine and result in repair or cleaning charges.
  • Lessee is responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of Equipment during the rental period.
  • In the event of malfunction, Lessee must immediately stop use and notify the Lessor.

6. Cleaning Requirements

  • Equipment must be returned internally and externally clean unless a cleaning package is included.
  • Failure to properly clean the Equipment will result in a cleaning fee.
  • Cleaning instructions are provided at delivery and attached to the machine cart.

7. Damage, Loss & Liability

  • Lessee assumes responsibility for the Equipment from delivery until pickup.
  • Lessee is liable for repair or replacement costs if Equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, or misused.
  • Lessor is not liable for any injuries, damages, or claims arising from the use of the Equipment.
  • Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from any claims related to Equipment use.
  • Obtaining event or equipment insurance is recommended.

8. Condition & Warranty

  • All Equipment is delivered in good working order.
  • Lessor is responsible for routine maintenance before delivery.
  • Lessor does not guarantee the Equipment for any purpose other than dispensing frozen beverages.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled through mediation, arbitration, or litigation in the appropriate Texas county.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Lessor and Lessee and supersede all prior communications or understandings.

11. Amendments

Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and approved by Social Society Party Rental.
